Client: Pine Belt Dermatology purchased the 7,800 SF stand-alone medical building occupied by Green Eye Clinic, including two parcels of land. The property is the only building for sale within the Wesley Medical campus in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Pine Belt Dermatology’s owner Dr. David Roy engaged us to help him purchase a building for his medical clinic which includes a large patient flow plus surgical capability. The property was listed for $1,400,000 and we negotiated a sale for $1,000,000, working with the listing agent to lower the price by educating the seller on the office market and comparable property prices.
Our client was able to purchase the property which is on the Wesley Medical campus, providing a high level of visibility. Included in the property is a large parking area plus the adjacent lot which we are selling for $400,000. We advised our client throughout the process, including recommending electrical, plumbing and roofing experts and were on-site during all inspections.
